Delete Your Salaam Kids Account

We respect your privacy and give you control over your personal information. If you no longer wish to use Salaam Kids, you can request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Salaam Kids account, please send an email to:

Please send the request using the email address associated with your Salaam Kids account and include “Delete My Account” in the subject line.

In your message, you may include your name and the email address registered with Salaam Kids so that we can identify your account and process your request.

What Happens After Your Request

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and verify the account information. We will then process the deletion of your account and applicable personal data.

Deleting your account may remove your profile, account information, learning progress, preferences, and other data associated with your Salaam Kids account.

Some information may be retained when we are legally required to keep it, or when it is necessary for legitimate legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Processing Your Request

We aim to process account deletion requests within a reasonable period after receiving and verifying the request. Once the deletion process has been completed, you may no longer be able to access your Salaam Kids account or recover your deleted account data.
