Salaam Kids Mobile Application

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Salaam Kids mobile application (“App”), developed and operated by TEKSOM.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Salaam Kids application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of Salaam Kids, you may be required to create an account.

By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.

  • Accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.

  • Notify TEKSOM immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

TEKSOM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false information or violating these Terms.

3. Educational Services

Salaam Kids is an Islamic educational platform designed to help children and families learn and engage with Islamic knowledge.

Our services may include:

  • Quran Learning

  • Quran Memorization (Hifdh)

  • Noorani Qaacida

  • Tajweed Lessons

  • Live Quran Classes

  • Islamic Studies

  • Progress Tracking

  • Educational Quizzes

  • Teacher and Student Learning Tools

While we strive to provide accurate and beneficial educational content, TEKSOM does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of every feature.

4. Live Classes

Salaam Kids offers live educational sessions conducted by qualified teachers.

All participants are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior throughout every session.

Users must not:

  • Disrupt classes

  • Harass teachers or students

  • Share offensive language or content

  • Record or redistribute live classes without permission

Violation of these rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features and educational content may require an active subscription or one-time payment.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

  • Pricing is displayed before purchase.

  • Payments are securely processed through approved payment providers.

  • Subscription access becomes available after successful payment verification.

  • Renewal, cancellation, and billing are subject to the payment platform used.

  • Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable laws and TEKSOM’s refund policy.

Failure to complete payment may restrict access to premium features.

6. Intellectual Property

All content made available through Salaam Kids—including, but not limited to:

  • Lessons

  • Videos

  • Audio recordings

  • Quran learning materials

  • Graphics

  • Icons

  • Logos

  • Software

  • User interface

  • Educational resources

is owned by TEKSOM or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission from TEKSOM.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Salaam Kids responsibly and lawfully.

You must not:

  • Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App.

  • Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.

  • Abuse, harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.

  • Share copyrighted educational materials without authorization.

  • Circumvent subscription or payment systems.

  • Misuse teacher or student accounts.

Any violation may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

TEKSOM reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account that:

  • Violates these Terms;

  • Engages in fraudulent activities;

  • Compromises the security of the platform;

  • Harasses or abuses other users;

  • Misuses educational content or services.

Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect users or the platform.

9. Service Availability

We continuously improve Salaam Kids and may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Although we strive for high availability, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TEKSOM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Salaam Kids.

Users assume full responsibility for their use of the application and its educational content.

11. Changes to These Terms

TEKSOM may update these Terms periodically to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes.

Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of Salaam Kids after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
